My Story
As a passionate foodie and traveler, I’ve always believed that the best way to experience a new culture is through its cuisine. However, when I was diagnosed with a wheat allergy, I thought my travel adventures would come to an end. Little did I know that this new challenge would open doors to a world of flavors and experiences I never knew existed.
Over the past decade, I’ve visited many places, immersing myself in cultures and discovering gluten-free options. I’ve learned that gluten-free exploration is about embracing new flavors and ingredients. From rice dishes in Asia to corn meals in Latin America, I’ve found a world of culinary diversity that’s exciting and liberating.
